Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase and only where a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or fault.

Exchanges will not be accepted for accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or breakage caused after purchase.

Approved exchanges must be like-for-like, meaning the item will be exchanged for the same product (or the closest identical replacement if the original is unavailable).

Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.
