Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dangly is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service. We will assist in resolving shipping issues where possible but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
